Want To Buy: MD7A Walter V-drive Needed

Is there someone here that might have the Walter v-drive that would be the appropriate ratio to be paired with a Volvo Penta MD7A in a Cape Dory 30? I'm currently in the Fort Drum/ Lake Ontario area and am considering a project but am having difficulty finding the boat's missing pieces. The boat has the engine and prop shaft but nothing in between. Any help will be appreciated. -Craig 207-907-9716

Walter is still in business in Jersey City, NJ, give them a call but have your current reduction gear ratio and prop info. They know their stuff.

Are you sure a v-drive is what you need? There are V transmissions like Hurth 15V.
