This prop seems to me in great condition. It still has machine marks on all the gears and has a very smooth action- no slop. There is some pitting on the main body due to
electrolysis that is superficial- blades are in great shape. Overall seems to have seen very little use- typical I guess.

The diameter is currently 19". I spoke to PYI and they said that its really easy to cut these down since they are completely symmetrical.
Designed for a 3/4" to 1-1/8" shaft diameter. The prop will require a low clearance nut for your shaft threads- standard nuts are to large to fit inside the body of the prop. Everything else is included. Fresh cotter pins and all.
