Manual anchor Windlass 5/16” $600
Selling a double action single speed anchor windlass. Came off a 1977 trawler. This looks like the same design as the Plath or ABI model. Marked “W-5” on housing. It has an aluminum housing and rope capstan rather than bronze however. Internal gears are stainless with bronze spacers It seems a little stiff but greatly improved with a squirt of WD-40. There is no grease on the gears. Gypsy is marked for a 5/16 inch chain.
