I'd be cautious with used Navtec adjuster. They are not cheap to rebuild and can get worn enough so that they can't effectively be rebuilt.
If you aren't racing, take a look at the Colligo dyneema adjusters

That looks like a pain to adjust. I have a hydraulic adjuster and I use it a lot. Between beating and sailing off the wind. Makes a noticeable difference.

If the Navtec buys the farm, which it will, and a hydraulic shop can’t revive it at a reasonable cost, I’ll want some pulley fall rigged as a replacement but one with a cam cleat that I can easily adjust.

No I gave up. Replaced all standing rigging last year so maybe in 15yrs I’ll look again
