A very lightly used Ocean Chef 3 cooker is for sale and pickup only in Annapolis or Northern Virginia for $2,500. We will not ship.

The previous owner of our boat only took a handful of short cruises (~1 week). Thus, the cooker has been very lightly used and is in near new condition. We opted to switch to induction.

The Ocean Chef 3 is the big brother of the GN Espace Levante. The Levante 3 burner retails for ~£3,000. I believe the only way to purchase a new Ocean Chef is directly from GN Espace with the associated shipping/import costs.

I hear ESpace is one of the only ovens with insulation. I bought a Dickinson and was disappointed to find none, I hear force 10 are the same.

I replaced my Dickinson with a cheap induction cooktop from Amazon, and a toaster oven. Besides it looking kind of ghetto, it works out OK, I just need a little more solar to be able to run it as much as we do.

What induction did you go with?

We went with the GN Espace OceanChef induction. It was a drop in replacement so easy to install since we already had lithium, but pricey.
