For Sale or Trade: G4 High Test Chain

Swap or Sell:
We have 185' of practically new 3/8" G4 High Test chain purchased from West Marine for $7/foot. We're using it as anchor rode, but need 5/16" for our windlass. Hoping to sell the 3/8" or swap it for 5/16".
We are based in Palm Beach Florida area, likely until mid-February.

If you can't find someone to "swap" with you, you might find it easier/less costly to purchase a gypsy sized for 3/8", Non?

We only have a 30foot boat so the 3/8 is quite hefty and something lighter would be preferable, plus we already have 90 feet of 5/16, so would like to stick with that size if we can. Your suggestion of changing the gypsy is a good one, and is our Plan B.
