Unit is about 20 years old (2001-2 I think) and worked very well when removed. Reverse cycle capable but heat never worked which I assume was reversing valve stuck but I never troubleshot it.
Likely needs new control panel as the old rotary one’s analog thermostat stopped working.
But a cheap way to get a robust unit for AC (reportedly back when they built them right)

Also included is a robust water pump">raw water pump.

Both for $100. pickup only in Maryland (20 min from Annapolis)
