Recently swapped our maxprop setup to a fixed-blade due to the heavy
wind and tight space maneuvering required in our harbor.

30mm shafts
Cutlass bearings in decent shape
zincs with spares for prop and shaft
Dripless packings
Couplers and spacers
All in excellent shape. Maxprops are relatively new. Never had any issues, just can't have the possibility of them every getting stuck. We don't do
bluewater sailing, so the loss of sail efficiency isn't a problem for us when we switched to fixed blade.
New setup would run you a solid $10k.
