Battery charging and monitoring equipment

I'm selling some fairly new charging and monitoring equipment. The current location is Punta Gorda, Florida. Pickup or ship at buyer's expense.

I'm converting to a lifepo4 battery system, and while most of this is/would be somewhat compatible, it's either duplicative of built in functions, can't quite be perfectly optimized for my battery, or I'm being a little silly and just wanting to match my whole system with the Victron equipment.

Balmar SG-200 Battery Monitor kit with Bluetooth Gateway - $150

This really is a great battery monitor - the only reason I'm taking it out is because my new battery has all of the functions built into it.

ProMariner ProNautic 1250p Battery Charger - $300

This is a fully programmable 50 Amp battery charger, it is identical to the Sterling Power Pro Charge Ultra 50 Amp charger, it just has the ProMariner name on it. (I actually find the sterling power documentation to be easier to follow, so I downloaded it and use it instead of the promariner manual).

Sterling Power Alternator to Battery Charger - 130 Amp with Remote Display/Control - $250

This is really an amazing piece of kit - I really, really wish the LifePo4 charging profile matched my battery's. In a nutshell, it converts your alternator to a true 3 stage temperature compensated battery charger without having to replace regulator and program a charge controller. If your batter bank matches the charging profiles, you don't have to replace the regulator, program a charge controller, etc - just install this, set the switches and done.

It has both Alternator and Battery temperature sensors. I did cut one of the plastic ends so that a 2/0 AWG wire would fit onto the lug (then I realized that I should just take the plastic end all the way off and there would be plenty of room, which is what I did on the battery side - I kept it and re-installed it to sell).

There are three units, so not sure which "both" you're asking about , but here's the rundown:

The Balmar SG200 was purchased in March 2019 and installed sometime that summer. The bluetooth gateway for it was purchased in Sep 2020 and installed shortly thereafter.

The Pronautic 1250p was purchased and installed in the late fall/early winter of 2018.

The Sterling Power AB12130 was purchased and installed in the summer of 2019.

Re: Battery charging and monitoring equipment

If it's still available, I'll take the SG200.

Message on the way!
