If you are a licensed amateur radio operator with less than Extra Class privileges these are the current exam study books you need to attempt the exam. If you are bored just sitting on the boat enjoying life then step it up and take the exam for this highest class license.

If you are not an amateur radio operator these books are at the highest license class available but you will need to already have an amateur radio license to take the exam. That said these are good books that go into the higher level of radio communications engineering and operations.
