Re: 8hp Yamaha Enduro
That 8 hp Yammi 2 stroke is the sweetest engine ever made. Lightweight, can be picked up with one hand, starts on the first pull, plenty of power, etc, etc.
I went online and googled 8 hp Yammi's 2 stroke and found a number of them online.

Yeah, I liked the ones with the round midsection like the endure. I'm not sure if the rest of the motor is any different.

How much?
I'm leaning towards getting a new Hangkai (Chinese) 12hp. Looks to be similar to the 8hp Yamaha 2 stroke. 2 cylinder 169cc vs 165cc. I feel like it's silly to pay $500 for a 30 year old motor and have to put 20 hours into servicing it to get it to run well and then it's still a 30 year old motor. I'm sure this Hangkai is junk, but is it worse that what I'm seeing for the same price on FB marketplace?
