It is at a wonderful Hotel and Marina, called Hotel Coral and Marina just a couple hours from the border at San Diego. I love it there and it has been there for over 1 year. So it can now be brought back (or keep it there) to the U.S. and pay no taxes which is what I have been told. You can also just buy it outright from me for $100,000. It has many upgrades.
