2 Lewmar #6 winches for $100
I bought these for use with my boom break, but after trying different positions, I see that my main halyard winch is the better choice. These are in very good condition and you will not be disappointed. The only issue is a scratch on one shown in the photos.

$10 shipping should cover anyone in the lower 48.
