Brand new in its case. Never used. It's been in safe storage area since we bought it.
This is the Paratech 18' sea anchor that provides a "slick" in front of your boat and takes away the power of breaking waves.
I will be home from Mexico in about a week and can ship it.

Several inquires after I left Arizona. I am in self-quarantine on the Sea of Cortez right now. I will probably be back in Arizona, USA, by the end of May. I can ship it anywhere.
