Want To Buy: 12" four bolt pattern Stainless or Galvanized Cleat

Hi,
As title says, looking for a 12" Cleat or something similar to mount amidship through the deck on my Morgan 41 for spring lines. Need one for each side, so a pair. May consider 10" if you have 4 of them and they MUST be FOUR BOLT PATTERN. Stainless (not china mart) or Galvanized only thank you. They need to be very strong to hold the spring line/s and will have large backing plates. Thanks in advance!
