Simple small AM-FM radio/CD player?

Can someone recommend a small battery operated unit with reasonable sound and resisting the humid marine environment?
Thanks

Buy one of Sirius Radio docks and a subscription,,,,,,,you will wonder why you waited so long to get the best music (without the annoying advertisements)

I bought one of these radios - Sangean PR-D5P - and after 5 years I'm still very happy with it. It doesn't have a CD, but it does have an AUX in so you can feed it with streams from your phone or a portable MP3 player. The sound is quite decent for the size, and you can move it around to suit the application.

I made a DC-DC converter so that it will run from boat 12v. It's stood up to 5 Great Lakes summers; I don't know how well it would fare in the humid tropics. Maybe if one disassembled it and sprayed the boards with some sort of protectant, it would last longer.

Got rid of the CDs, all music is on a TB portable drive. Phone and computer to Ultimate Ears Boom Bluetooth speaker. Has worked for years. In fact I recently gat a second boom speaker to have ‘stereo.’

As for radio, stream via yer phone

Thing is, those formats are nearly gone. That’s why you’re not finding much.

It’s unfortunate, but monthly subscriptions are replacing free stuff and CDs
