Christmas tree on board?
Has anybody else out there got a Christmas tree on board, or is it just me?

Just got ours three days ago. This is a great season to look back at where we were a year ago, since I can't remember when any other things happen throughout the year.

Every year for eighteen years we've had a tree aboard, starting with the two footers and working up to a full sized tree on our bigger boats. This year the boat is hauled out in the yard for Christmas and the interior is all masked off.


A big tree in a big house is nice, but it's just not the same.

We always put up a very small tree on board our boat. It worked because Santa came every year no matter where we were in the world. And that was before we had cell phones.

We're plugged in and converted SV Carinthia into a xmas tree - only bummer is it doesn't get dark till after 8 down here in NZ

Christmas tree was put up on board in the saloon on the 1st of December. Stockings too, so that Santa has something to fill .
