In the keys with a 70ft stick the only bridge you can get under is snake creek bascule bridge. I'm pretty sure the bridge at Gilbert's Sw end of Biscayne bay/ card sound is 65 ft. From snake creek the anchorage South of snake creek is decent, there's a great bar and
grill with a
dinghy dock there,, named OV, ocean view, even has a pool.
From there you'll meander South until the yacht channel 5 junction and then can
head towards Naples, we prefer to stay within the park boundaries and
work our way towards little shark river. There are no crab traps if you stay just inside the marker lines. Outside or West of the boundary markers there are literally thousands of traps and it is a nightmare. Little shark is a cool spot to explore and a easy trip from the keys.
