Seasonal Mooring needed near NYC - Baltic 55 with 10.5' draft.

For 2017, can anyone give recommendations on a place to moor that is fairly quick access from the Empire Service (train) that travels up and down the Hudson? We prefer close travel to/from NYC Penn station.

We are traveling down from Albany NY to use the boat. It is probably asking too much to keep travel time from Albany to the boat under 3 hours, but we can try. We have lots of friends and business in NYC so we would like to be able to use the boat while there.

It is 55' LOA with a fun 10.5' draft.

We are not completely opposed to docking, but at 55' the costs of dock space would probably bankrupt a small nation. We would have to get a heck of a good deal.

We are also not opposed to mooring a little bit up the Hudson as long as the boat can motor and/or sail to NYC in only 2-3 hours (and of course, we can get off the train nearby.)
