S.Florida Secure Marina w/ Dry Storage?

I am based in the Chesapeake, 26ft Macgregor power sailor (sailboat w 50HP engine) - about an 18" draft. I am seriously considering moving my boat in the winters to the south miami / biscayne / homestead area. (from November until March). I'd be doing long weekends and week longs trips around november / Christmas / and Spring Break, before bringing her home for the summer. (trailor sailboat).

My initial thought is to keep her on her trailor at a marina and then put her in when I go down. I'd like to explore Key Biscayne and the northern Keys area. Can anyone recommend a secure marina in this area that has good service and is secure that offers dry storage?

Also, how are the keys over the winter? Can anyone recommend nice deserted keys to explore, good anchorages, and nice marinas....basically from Key Biscayne to Key Largo.

Check out the county marinas. There are quite a few of them and they are the most reasonable. I know at Crandon Park Marina (Key Biscayne) they have monthly storage for trailer boats and they have a 5 or 6 ramp launching area. From a sailboat's viewpoint it's just crazy on a weekend there. The marina does have 24 hour security.
