Located 3 miles North of Belhaven. The first stop after the 20-mile Alligator River-Pungo Rive Canal. Bear 350 degrees at Pungo River green day marker 15 and cruise through the well marked and lighted channel. Minimum depth 7 feet. Convenient access from the ICW. On the ICW at mile marker 132. Dockage was $1 a foot, including electricity in summer of 2001.

Deep water slips, ship's store, block and crushed ice, laundry, private showers and bathrooms, computerport, mail service fax machines, BBQ grills, 30/50/100 amp electric, pumpout station on fuel dock, gas & diesel, marine service & repair, swimming pool, tennis courts, air conditioned boater's lounge with satellite tv, courtesy car to grocery, restaurants and shops, slip rentals daily, quarterly & annually, party trays & beer kegs available for preplanned parties, on-site securrity, transients always welcome.

Deep water slips, new laundry facilities, new loaner golf carts, fuel and gas, ice, close proximity to services, rooms to rent, clean showers, power, groceries and provisions nearby, right off the ICW.
