Looking for Marina to Take Down Mast Near Entrance to Trent Severn from Georgian Bay

Hi,
I joined this forum to see if anyone here knows of a marina around the entry to the Trent Severn Waterway at the Georgian Bay end that has a mast crane to take down the mast on our sailboat. We bought it in Point-au-Barille and would like to sail it back to Beaverton, Lake Simcoe this weekend if possible.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks

The Bay of Quinte Yacht Club in Belleville ( 9 miles east of Trenton on the north shore) or the CFB Trenton Yacht Club in Trenton ( 3 mile east of Trenton north of Bakers Island) can provide a crane to help you lower your mast. Chuck

Years later and I have the same question and don't see any answer. Anybody know where to get a mast laid down coming to the Trent-Severn from the west? How far can one proceed with the mast up. (Sorry, can't find the height specs. Always a problem!, but expect a 33' boat to need at least 33' above the waterline short of tilting.) --WB

We are at Queens Cove Marina which is considered the closest marina to the Trent-Severn. It has a mast stepping crane and the cost is $325

We got our mast stepped at Wye Heritage for a reasonable price four years ago. There were a few closer by Port Severn, but they could not handle our 45 foot mast.

Glad you got it solved. Wye Heritage is a good choice. Sorry for the late reply, I hadn't been on this for awhile.

Are you still in Georgian Bay?

Regards
