Marina lies north of the bridge which operates on an hour and a half schedule. At Green #1, turn north and follow a course of 345 degrees, following the range markers to the marina just beyond the shrimp boat docks. Little wind, almost no current making maneuvering easy.

Well marked channel, 32' maintained depth to lead dock, 12' throughout marina, diesel & gasoline, transient docks for vessels up to 180', 100 amp service, phone and cable tv hookups available upon request, restroom, shower and laundry.

50 ton travellift, repairs, rental cars available, restuarants and lounges, within walking distance of banks, doctors, grocery and other neccessary places

We stayed at Golden Islw Marina recently. Most of the restaurants have closed down. A raw bar was open but had a limited menu. Most of the stores in the Marina complex were vacant. Ships store appeared to be well stocked. Laundry and showers were great. Didn't see a courtesy car but a real estate agent let us use his bicycle to go to grocery store. Docking personnel were helpful and friendly.
