Shipping repaired dingy from Malaysia to Thailand?

Shipping my aquapro dingy from Langkawi, Malaysia to Thailand, Krabi. It had the inflatable tubes on the sides repaired. Anyone know how to get it into Thailand without paying import duties? I will be sailing from Thailand on my yacht Surfmachine, in May 2013, it is nearing the end of it's 6 months stay at Krabi boat lagoon. I am not accompanying the dingy when it is imported. No real increase in value and it will leave Thailand in May with my boat.
Cheers from Keith.

Re: Shipping repaired dingy from Malaysia to Thailand?

Well, the aquapro dingy inflatable tubes started to disintegrate in LAngkawi, so I bought another one and left the old dingy there to get new hypalon tubes put on it. Sailed to Sumatra for 6 months and ended up back in Thailand, and left the boat at Krabi.
Dingy is now repaired and I am ready to sail from Thailand to Sumatra. I will get the repaired aquapro back onboard and keep the zodiac as a back up.
Cheers from Keith.

Just thought it would be easier to swing by Langkawi and stock up booze and fuel before you go ! Have a good trip
