Reliable agent to register a boat in Poland

Hello everyone. I am a Canadian and just bought a sailboat in French Polynesia. Registering in Canada seems like a really complex process that requires tonnage measurements etc. + I cannot get a straight answer about the retail tax. Seems like registering in Poland is the easiest but there are so many agents on the web - hard to tell who is legit. Could anyone recommend a reputable agent? Thank you very much!

I have been told, by a sailing lawyer, who is Polish, that Poland is going to ban these convenience flag registrations. He says a bill has been drafted and will be proposed to the Parliament.


Given the history with earlier Dutch and Belgian convenience registrations, I would assume what that this is highly likely.
