Pick up passengers in Cuba?
I am planning a trip from FL to Cuba, pick up my Dominican girlfriend and her son there and sail the Caribbean from there. My GF and her son would fly to Havana to join me there.
I remember a post here saying that it is extremely difficult for additional crew to join a boat and leave with it in Cuba, but I cannot find that post. Does anyone knows how this would work and what is required?
