I don't have a vessel to tow him with at present but might publicise his plight in my weekly newspaper column. Maybe marine and ports can help him.

Maybe we could hook him up with the "Block Island Tow Guy" and let wingers takeover the site for good. Not that I am in any way suggesting that either of those two posters are wingers.
