The Survey may raise more questions than answers:

What is at stake for cruisers?
Why is new legislation being proposed now?
Why can't the issues be addressed without affecting cruisers?
How will the "safe harbor" exemptions affect us?

Re: New Florida Anchoring Regulation Survey Available

I just got this survey completed. I thought it was a bit one sided in that they are worried about property rights along the water and derellect boats. Basically I feel we already have laws on the books for this. Why do we need more? And we the people own the water not the local municipalities.
