Marina Hemingway fees

Searching on Duckduckgo, I find that the fees at Marina Hemingway in Cuba are .70 CUC/ft/day for a boat of length up to 45'. One US dollar = .78 CUC and my W32's sparred length is 39', so the fees for my boat are the equivalent of $35US per day.

I can't find a monthly fee rate. That's $1050US per month, which is kind of steep.

Is there a monthly fee at Marina Hemingway? I've emailed the marina and asked, but got no reply.

Cant find any updated info on Cuba. Even almighty Google that knows all my purchasing habits and future behavioral patterns keeps silence on every matter that has to do with Marina Hemingway... Can anyone whisper some recent info on docking rates? Is it true there no monthly/weekly rates in Island of Freedom?

We were there for a few days in 2017. Daily rates for a 46' were about $50 but with all the add ons we ended up paying about $300 for 4 full days even though we only stayed 3 full days and some hours.

As I vaguely recall their monthly rates just went up then from about $400 to $600. Plus electric and whatnot. We met a guy there who moved from Miami to Hemingway Marina when it was still $400/mo. He was paying around $1,100-1,200/mo back in Miami.
