Hello everyone, i'm about to buy a boat built and registered in the USA. I'm french and intend to cruise the south pacific with this boat. Getting a french flag is not an option, too complicated, Malaysia however is offering an easy and cheap way:Yacht Registration
I remember years ago there was an old (british?) man who was handling the paperwork for a small fee but he passed away. So i'm wondering if it is possible to do it from abroad, if anyone have done it and can share its experience... Thanks a lot!
