Jersey flag, Delaware LLC ownership. What is the impact on USA entry?
I am planning to register a new boat under Jersey (country, not state) flag and own it by Delaware LLC. I'm not US citizen or resident. When I will want to enter the USA, what will be the implication of such setup? Do I need to pay customs/tariffs or I can use a cruising permit?

I didn't manage to find any official document describe this situation and did found conflicting pages about this situation. Is anyone familiar with some official/senior official text describing this situation?
