Is there a good boat yard on the gulf coast. & transport (coastal houston area)

Hello All,
I am in process of moving a Hans Christian 38 MKII. I know some love some hate this boat, but a beauty in my eyes for what dreams I have for her.

My childhood was spent in my fathers carpentry shop and wood brings joy in my suroundings.
But more to the point.

2 topics. all help greatly appriciated!!
*BOAT YARD*The boat needs a bit of work, as it is on the hard, but nowhere near the water. I have to move it somewhere and get to work. Any ideas ? I don't want to spend all my cruising money on land rent if at all possible. But just a good yard that can accomidate a 38' vessel with 6' draft ,

*TRANSPORT* Any good word on someone in transportation would also be advized as I have only one quote.
