Ah, the famous Theo, who is "not a broker" but a "retired sailor trying to keep busy." I don't think he has the ability to claim more victims -- as his reputation is tainted on Craig's List, and many boats for sale sites refuse to accept advertising from him.

No worries,,,,there was no Theo's involved in the purchase of my boat.
Might make for interesting reading though.
My Boats previous owner was a Guy by the name of Brad Cook,,very nice guy to deal with, and very helpful even after the sale.
