Federally Registering a Boat

Being lazy and asking instead of researching, I want to federally register my soverel and I just need a link on how to do it or better yet for the actual application. Much appreciated folks

federal vessel documentation is handled by the Coast Guard, which is now a part of Department of Homeland Security.
