COVID Restrictions - St. Vincent and the Grenadines

In late January I will be going to St. Vincent and beyond via charter boat from St. Lucia. The restriction information I have says if from US (I assume passport wise) one may be required to quarantine for 48 hours. My charter company hasn't provided any additional information besides saying they think it is up to the officer checking us in.

Does anyone know more about the need to quarantine when arriving by boat? I am thinking Bequia, Mustique, and Canouan in addition to St. Vincent.
