CBP roam app stuck in Pending State

Ahoy sailors,

We arrived from Mexico to Avalon, CA and used the CBP roaming app to report our arrival. There has been almost 48 hours and it is still in “Pending” state. We needed leave Avalon and are about to arrive in LA.

Is this normal? How long does this normally take? Any recommendations?

I hate this app! Great Idea in concept, but as of yet has not worked well any time I sail between the BVI's and PR

I have been in pending mode for over an hour before moving forward. Once clearing into st croix, I got stuck in pending for more than two hours, a call to CBP fixed the problem. In my experience killing the app or even restarting your phone will not resolve it, the pending state is remembered at the server not your phone, which is nice because dropping your cell signal will not lose your application.
