BVI Licensing

Want to start a new thread on this. Cat specific.

So where are folks at with this these days. February deadline looming. We are a US flagged boat and run out of St Thomas. 6 pack charters. The clearing houses have nothing but rumors to offer. The BVI website is worse. Anyone successfully passed these new regulations? Or should I say old, but now trying to enforce, regulations.

Did you get a BVI captains license?

Did you get BVI radio license?

We are CE rated boat. A 60 foot cat. I belive this exempts us from the stability testing. Anyone been through that?

What kind of fees does this run into?

Are you US or Brit flagged? Or other?

And, I would like to add, what a PITA!!!!
