Working with Vinylester Resin in low temperature

I'm casting a new shower stall pan in glass and vinylester resin. Problem is lack of a heated space. The boat is on the hard and I have a forced air heater, but in New England I'd be lucky to get the interior temp up to 60 degrees. Any suggestions (other than wait until spring)?

I've used my wife's hair dryer. (They can get the surface too hot if you aren't careful). But there's a lot on the Internet on the matter.

Can you work safely with the resin without ventilation (styrene)? Or rather the vinyl ester and polyester resins I've worked required a lot of ventilation. I'm not trying to be negative. I'm interested. People have died working with vinyl ester resins inside tanks, and a heated boat isn't much different.

Why not epoxy? A little more expensive, but reduced fumes and better at low temperatures. Your call.
