Wind instrument questions

My boat has an instrument that has no brand or model numbers visible anywhere. The cups rotate fairly freely, but the direction vane is frozen. Does anyone know the manufacturer of this item? Any information about rebuilding, testing, etc welcome too.

Looks like a very old Raymarine ST60 unit. The bearings and o-rings for both the speed and direction can be replaced quite easily. However if the o-rings have failed it is likely the PCB's may have been compromised. These can also be replaced but the overall costs might outweigh the cost of a complete replacement unit. Take it to bits and have a look, nothing to be lost.
