Whisper 8 Mastervolt Genset oil filter cross reference

Hey all,

I am in desperate need of oil filters for my Whisper 8, Mastervolt genset please.

I have contacted Whisper numerous times. They cannot give me a cross reference number for a generic oil filter ie...a Ryco.

What I have is this....

Whisper 8
Mastervolt Genset

Article # 50903005
Serial # U914E0011
Whisper oil filter # 50203121

I have tried to cross reference ALL OF THESE!!!!!

I have a Whisper 6 Mastervolt genset on my boat. The engine for the genset is a two cylinder Mitsubishi. I had the same issue finding a filter, but West Marine came up with a generic cross reference, and I now use a Sierra 18-7910-1 oil filter. Works fine. West Marine carries it or can get it. Under $10. I change it annually at decommissioning time. You can probably cross reference the Sierra filter to another brand.
