Where to repair ballast bulb in Dodecanese islands?

Hi everyone! This is my first post. I would really appreciate any advice you could give me as a friend of mine has his sailboat in Leros (Greece) and a broken ballast bulb. One of the nuts seems to be loose or damaged.

Can you suggest me a good shipyard where they can do a fine job?
