Where to get H200 Divinycell?

I’m after a small amount of H200 Divinycell. Does anyone know where I can buy a half or full sheet 1” thickness?

Every place I’ve contacted only sells it to commercial accounts.

That's what I mean ! Have them give you the name of the commercial account, so you can contact them ! I needed a certain kind of rivet for my mast, and I could not find anyone with it ! I contacted the mfg. and they gave me the name of a local supplier !

Re: Where to get H200 Divinycell?

Noahsmarine.com used to have offcuts of that weight, in corecell.
May I suggest Balsa, or Cedar?

Is this for compression resistance? Where is it going?

Cheers.

It’s for a new section of deck and bulkhead. There’s a large slot cut into the deck where the bulkhead and the crossbeam bolt together. I’d rather have high density foam so it can’t absorb water if there are any leaks.

Re: Where to get H200 Divinycell?

I'm glad you've found some. Looks like a big job you're doing there.

I agree. Foam is my favoured material for such things; especially when there are penetrations. You said your beam is bolted, so foam will let you sleep better in the long run.

Cheers.

How about Coosa instead? It's very easy to work with.

Harbor Sales carries it. Don't know exactly what/how you are going to assemble, but you can glue 1/2" together to give you a curved laminate piece to match the crown.

Knock out the foam and fill with glass fiber, resin, glue powder mix.
Easy.

Sorry, I wasn’t very clear in explaining. I ended up using Coosa Blue Water 20 (the black parts) instead of H200. The H80 is the tan colored stuff.

Coosa Blue Water 20 is what we installed in our shower make over. Good stuff.

You said you had a sheet of H80, how thick?
