When to rebed thru-hull/seacocks

Hello, i am wondering when(how often) the thru-hull/seacocks need to be rebedet ?

My boat is on the hard , but the seacocks and tru-hulls look to be in good condition with solid backing plates. I put the rebeding on to do list but now i am wondering if i should.

Re: When to rebed thru-hull/seacocks

Only when you replace them or they are leaking around the base (this shouldn't happen unless it was ignored or left from the initial install or major damage such as a collision). Outside that there should be no reason to re-bed thru hulls.
