What is going on here


Got this out of the Photo Gallery... I have never seen anything like it done to a boat before...no comments were left about the picture.

That would be a hard sell to get me to trust my life to that joint .

That may be the guy in Australia that built the boat and by the time he got it done it could not be transported because of what was developed between the boat and the water (a long time). He cut it in half and transported it.

I can't find his website. It is a long story.

maybe..but It looks to me like it was sailed before... from the couple other pictures of it with bumpers and stuff on the deck

HOLY COW!..what a guy...I too would love to see him out sailing her someday..Congrats man.

What makes it even more amazing is it was constructed from ferrocement and I believe he bolted the two pieces together again with a metal plate running the lenght of the cut.
