Water drained from bow deck // stop water ?

I don't know Sargo's but they look like a well built boat. Which means the designers have already figured out how to get the water off the boat. The mid-ship scupper is one way, the egress aft is another. That's a pretty big hole at the stern and with all that freeboard and high bow I wouldn't worry about it.
