WarPaint Antifouling Problems DownUnder

I just wondering if anyone here has had problems with Warpaint Antifouling sold in New Zealand. I recently applied it over another brand with which was supposed to be compatable and applied the new finish according to all good practices having been a professional marine painter for many years but was dismayed to find after afew months of immersion bubbling cracks began appearing between 20mm and 100mm in size.
Of course I was extremely interested in what caused the problems but got no joy from the manufacturer who basically said the problem was caused by a build up of previous coats of antifoul. This was their assumption even though they never bothered to come and have a look for themselves and they made that judgement from a few pics I sent them.
Anyhow if anyone else has experienced similar issues I would be appreciative if you could email me directly so we can share and learn.

Do you trust an anonymous armchair internet’s analysis and conclusions, based upon a few descriptive words, more that the manufacturer’s judgement, based upon those same words, AND a few pics?

I know you cannot post photos, until you've contributed (10?) posts.
