Not really but thanks anyway.
An evaporator plate works by allowing liquid to transition to a gas (boil) due to change in pressure, similar process as releasing an aerosol can. The can gets cold.
If you look at an evaporator plate there are two pipes one big and one small, sometimes the small pipe is within the bigger pipe. For it to work these connections have to be uppermost.
I was trying to understand why?
