You never get a second chance to make a good first impression. Clean,polished and free of gear/junk are the most important items. Every bin they open,every drawer should be clean. Make sure there are no bad odors anywhere. Our basic senses are working over time when we do our first inspection on a boat and nothing beats clean to the eye and nose. Turn off the fridge and leave it open, get all person items off the boat. Get as much natural light in the boat as possible when showing it. Open up any curtains and have all the lights on below. If you look after the basics you are well ahead of the pack. Good luck on your sale.
