Undercoat Completely off Bottm of Boat, Problem before Painting ?

I had an individual clean the bottom of my boat while I was on vacation and in the process there are two places that are about 5” x 5” cleaned down to bare fiberglass. This happened 3 months ago and in two weeks I am going to pull the boat to do some maintenance. While out, I want to cover these spots with antifouling paint. Is there any special primer or preparation I need to perform on these two areas before I paint?
