Through-hull concerns

Hi everyone,
I inherited a 27' Irwin which has sat on the hard for the last 5 years. Im in the process of figuring out if it's a viable vessel. Good news: working Yanmar 1G 6.5 hp engine, 2 sets of sails, Danforth 13G anchor, and various other positive things.

I'm inspecting my through-hulls and trying to understand what purpose each serves. There is one hole midship on the SB side that has a seacock on the inside associated with the kitchen sink. It appears to be missing a flange on the outside but is otherwise firmly in place. There is another hole midship portside that seems to be associated with the head that also appears to be missing the exterior flange. I attached the pics below. What do I need to do with these? Can install replacement exterior flanges? Thanks in advance for help.

They are “flush” through hull fittings. Normally associated with performance hulls.

My story is if the valve works well on the seacocks and it’s not too green (if bronze) life is good. A Danforth for a primary anchor would give me concern however.

As Jim has pointed out they are flush fittings, the flange is there however it is countersunk into the hull.

Maybe they don't work where you are, but it's what we've used for the past 25 years, from NYC to Northeast Harbor, ME. Our backup is a Danforth, too. 13kg sounds like plenty for a 27' boat.
